Dendrimer Mediated Drug Delivery & Targeting
Dendrimers are hyper-branched, mono-dispersed, three-dimensional macro-molecules of nanometric size. PAMAM dendrimers are the most explored and potential dendrimeric nanocarriers for effective drug delivery in the management of diseases such as Cancers, glioblastoma and Alzheimer's disease etc. Few recent research publications addressing these diseases are:
